La Boit Now Offers the Peterbilt 536 Chassis

September 23, 2025 | 0

La Boit Specialty Vehicles now offers the Peterbilt 536 Chassis as an option on all our larger vehicles. Peterbilt has a reputation in the market for quality, reliability, and ease of repairs. It's one of the main reasons that we chose them after an exhaustive search for a new chassis option to offer our clients.

La Boit currently offers four chassis for our drivable clinics:

  • Mercedes Sprinter van for all our sprinter models.
  • Ford E450 gas chassis for 26ft coaches.
  • Freightliner M2 diesel chassis for coaches 29ft and above.
  • Peterbilt 536 diesel chassis for coaches 29ft and above.

All chassis types can be requested for any industry we build for, including medical, dental, bloodmobile, veterinary, spay/neuter & adoption, or command.

The Peterbilt 536 chassis features the Paccar PX-7 6.7L engine with 250 horsepower, two 50-gallon fuel tanks, cruise control, and back up camera. One of our favorite features is the Peterbilt SmartLINQ technology. This allows owners to gain real-time insights into their truck, including mileage, location, fuel, and diagnostics. Clients can maximize uptime through proactive management of their service schedule and early diagnostics on potential issues.

For more information on the Peterbilt 536, watch the video from Peterbilt below. If you're having a hard time deciding between the Peterbilt and Freightliner chassis, your La Boit salesperson can expertly guide you through the pros and cons of each option so that you can settle on the one that's right for your needs.
